Sharpening Messages to Aid Growth

The Client

Talk Results is a direct response telemarketing company. They have been successfully helping clients since 2009, and the company does this through its 3 key pillars of offering an immersive client experience, heartfelt values and a flexible approach.

One of the key differentiators for the business is that it provides script free telemarketing, and this is where the success is really found.

The Challenge

Felicity Francis, Managing Director of Talk Results, was looking to grow her business. As part of this she recognised that the messages around the business needed to be reviewed, as well as putting together a growth strategy.

Having met Lindsay of Lindsay Woodward Marketing at several networking events, and being impressed by Lindsay’s marketing knowledge, Felicity approached Lindsay to see if she could help.

The Solution

After Lindsay and Felicity explored options together, it was decided that Lindsay Woodward Marketing would create a new marketing strategy and 12 month marketing plan for Talk Results, as well as providing new boilerplate and website copy to sharpen the position of the business.

The first stage was for us to do discovery work and complete a marketing audit. We explored all areas of the macro and micro market, and spent time with Felicity to try to get under the skin of the business.

When a thorough audit was completed, we then analysed the data to create a strategy and plan aimed at meeting Talk Results’ key marketing objectives.

We presented the strategy and plan to Felicity, and the action points were agreed upon.

As a final stage, we then created a new brand proposition, boilerplate copy and website copy for Talk Results, giving them an updated identity, and improving how the business was able to connect with clients.

The Result

Felicity was really happy with the strategy and plan and the subsequent work.
